I enjoy creating websites - both for work and for small business owners in the community. I feel that a website is an essential component of a marketing plan and it shouldn't cost an arm and a leg to get one! One of the best things about doing this is the new friends I make... many of them are listed below. Another bonus is all the knowledge I acquire about the businesses with which I work. Ukuleles, dentistry, furniture construction and confections, to name a few. I am so ready for Jeopardy! I also love technology and learning new techniques. I have recently created e-commerce sites with osCommerce and ZenCart shopping carts for both large and small businesses.

Clasen Home, custom furniture.A retail store for custom upholstery pieces. The storefront was the bulk of the work with this one due to all the options available to the customer.
Pure Chocolate Truffles.A really nice website for a delicious product. Includes a ZenCart storefront with PayPal checkout.
VanRensselaer Consulting.This site uses a calming color scheme and clean page design. The owner's puzzle analogy is delivered in subtle ways throughout the site.
Gerald Ross, Musician.This is one that I created. Gerald wanted a vintage and fun look but "not too cartoony." I also created a ZenCart store to sell Gerald's CDs - I highly recommend ZenCart as an e-commerce solution.
Cherry Creations of Wisconsin, local furniture artist.A very nice website showcasing a local artist who designs map chests and other heirloom quality furniture. He had a pre-existing site with a paypal checkout, which we kept.
Timberdoodle Wood Products, Rustic Log Furniture. I created this one, too. Kate Elvidge and her partner Dick create one-of-a-kind pine and cedar furniture. Beautiful stuff. Custom made to your specs.
Northside Farmers Market, Madison.I created and maintain this website for the farmers market in my neighborhood. I like this design. PHP includes make weekly updates quick and painless.
Tube World, "new old stock" vacuum tubes.I help Brendan, the owner, with some of the pages on his website. He sells New Old Stock vacuum tubes for high-end stereo systems, amplifiers, and audio equipment.
Hawaiian Steel Guitar Association, musician organization.I did this one for the HSGA. It's a pretty straightforward website used by members for sharing audio, video, news, and events. They maintain it themselves.
Homestyle Soft Furnishings, custom bedding to the trade only.I didn't create this one but we're polishing it up with new javascript menus, improved content and some added functionality.
